Who We Are The Fraser Valley Autism Society (FVAS) is a non-profit community support and information group that services the communities of from Langley, Aldergrove, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Agassiz and Hope since 1995. We meet to share ideas and information about all Autism Spectrum Disorders, including Asperger's Syndrome, High Functioning Autism, PDD, PDD-NOS, as well as organizing social events for children and families. FVAS meets the second Tuesday (Chilliwack) and second Wednesday (Abbotsford) of every month, September through June (may change to third week). Meetings are free for members with a drop in fee of $2.00 for non members. First time guests are free. Refreshments are provided. Our monthly meetings offer information and contact with other parents and professionals, as well as guest speakers experienced in a variety of areas relating to autism.
